great locationcomfortable bedriver view
i really loved how central it was! the christmas markets were so close. the river view from our top floor rooms was great. the beds were super super clean and cozy with everything we needed for our short visit!
the bar staff seemed slow sometimes.

The location provided ferries right at the doorstep. It was so convenient. I had a lovely river view from the spacious junior suite. The gym and indoor pool were both excellent and the massage at the spa was great. The rooftop bar gave us a spot for a light dinner.

this hotel is just great. the bed was really good, and the location is convenient. i liked that i got a room with a good view of the river. the gym was excellent, and it had an indoor pool i visited.
the bar service i experienced was kinda slow though.

the staff spoke english, and they were helpful. front desk was responsive to requests and addressed concerns quickly. the room service delivered meals promptly and fulfilled special requests correctly, so i did not have any problems with them.

my room was a good size and well kept, i found it very comfortable. the bathroom included both a walk in shower and a separate bath. the river view from the room was really amazing and contributed to the restful ambience.

the hotel location was perfect. we had a great view of the river, a very valuable sight. the breakfast offered lovely options, despite some intolerance limitations.
The pool required an additional charge for swimming and the sauna. the steam sauna had an unpleasant smell. also, the doors by the pool made too much noise. It interfered with relaxation.

The hotel location was perfect! i loved being so close to everything. breakfast was also great. I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the warm weather.
First impressions were good. Check-in was easy. the bar staff was slow, though, and not very attentive! it was hard to get their attention.

unattentive staffhygiene standards
The bar staff seemed a bit clueless, like they were new to the job or something! It took forever to get a simple drink, and they messed up the order once. I also noticed one of them kept sniffing and wiping his nose with his gloved hands. Talk about off-putting! Made me wonder about hygiene standards. I'd rather go thirsty next time.
